Kendall is a native of Roanoke, Louisiana. He received a B.S. degree from Louisiana State University, where he graduated with honors in 2008, and a Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2012. While at Loyola, Kendall served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Loyola Maritime Law Journal. During that time, Kendall also interned for Judge James Brady of the United States District Court in the Middle District of Louisiana.

In addition to having a law license, Kendall also has a maritime captain’s license from the United States Coast Guard and pilot’s license from the Federal Aviation Administration. His experiences as a boat captain and a pilot make him uniquely qualified to represent clients who have sustained bodily injuries or damage to property while working and operating in various Louisiana industries and environments, such as offshore helicopter crashes, offshore and inland vessel incidents, and agriculture aviation accidents.

After graduating law school, Kendall began his career at a private law firm in Thibodaux where he specialized in civil litigation. His practice focused on personal injury, property damage claims, premises liability, and business litigation. He has successfully litigated cases of all sizes, from those that involve a single client to class actions that include over 10,000 class members. Kendall has recovered millions of dollars for clients who have been seriously injured or killed, or sustained property damage, in Louisiana. Representative clients include the family of a wrongfully deceased pilot, owners of aircraft demolished in a crash, farmers with contaminated land and grain seed, seaman and offshore workers, Louisiana business owners, legal professionals in malpractice disputes, vessel owners in collisions, and individuals and companies affected by oil spills.

Kendall has built his practice on the trust and confidence of his clients and other lawyers with whom he has worked. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, American Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, Louisiana Association for Justice, and the Lafourche Parish Bar Association. Kendall has a passion for helping those in need. He enjoys outdoor sporting and traveling with his two children.
